Just managed to get Beryl up and running om my LG LW25 laptop with an Intel Mobile 945GM Express graphics chipset running Kubuntu 7.04. I was sceptical but my jaw dropped lower and lower while fiddling with the settings (there's a million of them). Here is a screendump that might wet your appetite:
It shows the backside of the semi-transparent cube displaying two applications (Thunderbird and Firefox) on two sides of the cube. Try it out, I think you'll absolutely love it. I do!
